Summer Salad Sandwich
Ingredients
4 tablespoons of hummus with tahini
8 pieces of brown soft bread
250 g boiled and chopped beets
1 cup of mixed lettuce leaves
1 seed shredded carrot
8 slices of yellow cheese
½ cup of sliced tomatoes
1 piece of chopped avocado
How to prepare
Grease a piece of bread with hummus, then spread beetroot, lettuce, carrot, cheese, tomato and avocado over it. Place a second piece of bread and serve the sandwich cold.
Avocado and Cucumber Sandwich with Goat Cheese
Ingredients
8 pieces of wheat bread
4 slices of goat cheese
1 sliced cucumber
2 pieces of chopped avocado
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup of mixed lettuce leaves
Pinch of pepper
How to prepare
Spread goat cheese on the bread, then place the cucumber and avocado.
Pour lemon juice over avocado, then add lettuce and pepper.
Place the second piece of bread on top then serve the sandwich immediately.
Pear and Honey Sandwich
Ingredients
½ cup of Philadelphia cheese
8 pieces of raisins bread
2 tablespoons of chopped pecan nuts
1 cup of pear slices
1 cup of mixed lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons of honey
How to prepare
Spread Philadelphia cheese on each piece of bread then sprinkle the pecan nuts evenly.
Add pear slices and lettuce then pour the honey on top before covering it with the second piece of bread then serve.
