Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
500gm of shrimp
1 cup of corn
2 chopped zucchini
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
2 cups of shredded cheese
8 tortilla bread
How to prepare
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the shrimp, then place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the zucchini, corn and onion with a little oil in a pot on the stove, then chop the shrimp and add to the vegetable mixture for 3 minutes.
Add the BBQ sauce and stir well.
Place the paradise on the tortilla bread, then add the shrimp mixture and apply. Put on the fire until the cheese melts, then serve with more BBQ sauce.
