Garlic Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
500 gm shrimp, large
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1/4 cup chopped parsley
4 cloves garlic, mashed
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare
Mix olive oil, coriander, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour ¾ of the mixture over the shrimp. Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for an hour. Put the shrimp on skewers and grill for 3 minutes or until tender. Serve on a plate with the rest of the herbs and lime mixture.
