Easy Refreshing Grilled Halloumi Salad

Ingredients
1 cup of quinoa
2 cups of water
2 chopped option
250 g chopped cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
¼ cup of pomegranate
400 g grilled halloumi cheese
The sauce
2 tablespoons of tahini
¼ cup of yogurt
1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
How to prepare
Wash the quinoa thoroughly, then boil it in a pot over low heat, wait until the water has completely evaporated. Set aside to cool down.
Spread the quinoa in a salad bowl then add vegetables and pomegranate.
Decorate the dish with grilled halloumi.
Mix the ingredients of the sauce well then add it over the salad before serving.
