Ingredients
¼ cup of peanut butter
2 bananas
½ cup of milk
½ cup of yogurt vanilla flavored
2 tablespoons of cocoa
¾ cup of ice
How to prepare
Place all ingredients in an electric blender at high speed.
Pour the mixture into cups and serve cool.
Red Velvet Cake Smoothie
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1/3 cup chopped beets (boiled and frozen)
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 pitted dates
¾ cup of milk
½ teaspoon of vanilla
How to prepare
Place all ingredients in an electric blender at high speed, wait until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous. Add more milk if needed.
