Mumbai sandwich

Ingredients

Green sauce

Small handful of mint leaves

Large bunch of coriander leaves

Fresh ginger

Lemon juice

Salt

 

Masala seasoning to taste

2 pieces of bread

1/4 cup of shredded cheese

1/4 sliced cucumber

1 chopped tomato

1 red onion, diced

1 clove garlic

 

How to prepare

To prepare the sauce, put all the ingredients in an electric mixer until the mixture is homogeneous.

Grease a layer of bread with garlic, then put the sauce on top.

Add the cucumber, then the masala, then the tomatoes, cheese and onions.

Put the second layer of bread and toast the sandwich until golden brown. Served with ketchup.
