Argentine chimichurri sauce
Ingredients
3 tablespoons of vinegar
4 garlic cloves, minced
Pepper and salt to taste
½ cup of fresh parsley
½ cup of fresh coriander
2 tablespoons of oregano
¼ cup of ice cubes
1 jalapeno, chopped
¼ cup of olive oil
How to prepare
Mix vinegar with garlic and salt in an electric blender, wait until the mixture becomes smooth.
Add parsley, coriander, oregano, ice cubes and pepper, then add olive oil and mix until mixture becomes homogeneous.
Pour the sauce into a bowl and cover it with plastic paper.
Place it in the refrigerator until serving.
Honey garlic sauce
Ingredients
3/2 cup of honey
¼ cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of grated ginger
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 Teaspoon of sesame oil
How to prepare
Put all ingredients in a pan over strong heat, wait until boiling. Stir for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside until thick before serving with chicken.
Pistachio sauce
Ingredients
1 peeled ginger
1 clove of garlic
½ cup of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon red pepper
How to prepare
Put the ginger and garlic in an electric blender, add peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, red pepper and 1/3 cup of water to them, wait until the mixture becomes smooth.
Prepare the sauce 3 days in advance and store in the refrigerator.
