Avocado Hummus

Ingredients
2 cups boiled chickpeas (fresh or canned)
1 avocado
¼ cup of chopped coriander
¼ cup of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon of cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare
Mix the ingredients in the electric blender until smooth.
Serve with croutons or salty biscuits.
