Turkish Simit Bread

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of yeast
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
4 cups of flour
1 ½ cup of warm water
¼ cup of vegetable oil
¼ cup of the molasses
½ cup of water
1 cup of sesame
How to prepare
Mix the sugar with yeast, flour and salt. Add water and oil then knead the mixture well using your hands until the dough becomes a bit sticky. Add more flour if needed.
Cover the dough and set aside for an hour and a half until it doubles in size.
The dough is divided into 16 pieces, each piece is individually lengthened in a spiral shape then the tip is attached to the other.
Dip each piece with molasses mixed with water, then sesame on one side, and place them on parchment paper in a tray.
Cover the tray and set aside for 20 minutes, then put it in a preheated oven until it turns brownish.
